American rapper Snoop Dogg has enjoyed a relatively lengthy career and an equally long marriage to match. Not a lot of people know this about the rapper, but he has actually been married to Shante Taylor for over 24 years! That’s right, Snoop Dogg is among the lucky few celebrities who struck gold in the love department. Don’t get it wrong, though. The couple’s marriage has not been without its fair share of challenges.

After meeting and dating during their teenage years, Snoop Dogg and Taylor decided to get hitched in 1997. Unfortunately, as the rapper’s career skyrocketed, his marriage began to take a backseat and eventually ended in a legal separation. Taylor and the rapper went on to have separate lives after lawyers finalized their split before getting back together in 2008. Today, the two are living a lowkey but happy life with their kids and grandkids.
