Kate Capshaw is now known as the spouse of legendary director Steven Spielberg. However, she was once married to Robert Capshaw, who is a marketing manager. Not much is known about the first time they met each other; however, they tied the knot in 1976. Together, they have only one child, Jessica, who was born in August 1976. After four years of being together, they eventually parted ways in 1980.

Today, Kate has been married to Steven Spielberg since 1991. They first met during the production of Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom, which Spielberg directed and where Kate starred as the lead. Together, they have six children. As for Robert, he has been Vice President for National Accounts in information service company Corsearch, according to his LinkedIn profile. The company aids other businesses on the right investment towards brand protection and anti-piracy. Like Kate, Robert has since remarried and has three children with his wife Claudia.
