Diana Douglas & Kirk Douglas

Diana Douglas met Kirk Douglas while they were both studying at the American Academy of Dramatic Arts. Since then, she has made a name for herself in Hollywood both on film and on TV with films like Planes, Trains and Automobiles, and TV shows like The West Wing. Kirk was serving in the army back then, but the two married in 1943 but separated in 1951.

On a good note, their separation was an amicable one, and they were both supportive of one another. They even appeared in films together, which showed how they were on good terms. They married other people after and raised a family on their own, but their love for one another remains. Thanks to their success in Hollywood, they did not have to worry about personal loans since they have saved up quite a sum.
